How can I fix suspected hacking and unauthorized account access on iPhone 15 Pro?

My iPhone 15 pro doesn’t work at all. I have had iPhones since 2009. I’ve never been an expert but never had a problem until around a year or so ago. I started getting locked out of My phone due to incorrect passcode attempts even when I didn’t have it on me. It would be on the dash of my car and go off that it was locked. I Started receiving notifications I was signing into iCloud on the web, noticed multiple imported photos coming from my watch of nothing but the watchscreen. No battery life. Verizon started putting weird charges on my bill and claimed I was using too much data. I got a new phone in April 24. Another one in Oct 04. Also Changed email and passcodes multiple times. I also switched from Verizon to spectrum and got new home wifi service. But Every account I have on my phone has been hacked. Accounts started opening I’ve never had. Apps appear that I never downloaded. My map locations are encrypted to me and I can’t see them. Phone calls for my job that I need have stopped coming, Now all I get is hundreds of fake emails and spam calls. Apple tells me it’s all fine on their end. I feel crazy and at this point I am loosing it because I know I am not the only one in control of my communication to the world. I know this is not all a glitch and it’s not ok and don’t understand how I’m going to fix it, I just know I can’t be the only person in the world having these kinds of huge privacy issues.

I'm so sorry you're having to endure this. I've had very similar experiences & although Apple support is not very helpful by way of cyber security, Apple can provide you with a copy of your account's privacy data.

Login to your account at privacy.apple.com ; click 'Request a copy of your Data' option. Select which categories you'd like to receive for download, the size in which you'd like to receive the files, and submit your request.

It takes about 5 days to receive. Downloads should indicate the IP addresses that have accessed your Apple ID and from what URL or application. You'll also be able to see exactly which devices have logged into your Apple ID. I'd start there. Hope that helps :)

Troubleshooting Account Suspicions:

I. Profiles Being Seen:

Logging out of your computer, do you see your profile name from the forums on your Lock Screen? I do. So, I backed up my iPhone, and then reset it to Factory Settings. I plan to reset it, over the next few days:

Here is my Thread: My ASC Profile Name is Showing at Login on my Mac: - Apple Community

II. Disallowing Screenshots:

A. Disallowing Screenshots on an iPhone:

Swipe Down: from the top-right corner of the screen. Then, tap what looks like two monitors. Make sure there are no check marks to the far-right of the screen. With screenshring, screenshot could be performed on the device you are screensharing this with.

B. Disallowing Screen Recording and Screenshots on a Mac:

You can disallow the use of various features like screensharing and iSightCamera. The safest way to do is through creating Profiles on a Mac. See my User Tips: How to Use a Profile to Disable the iSight Camera in macOS 15 Sequoia - User Tip

What do you mean your Map Locations are encrypted to you. If you are talking about the Significant Locations when viewed in Settings, no one can see those. That is for your protection and working exactly as designed.

Verizon started putting weird charges on my bill and claimed I was using too much data

That does not mean your device is hacked. It means you are using too much data and could have been from downloaded updates or Cellular usage of an app when viewing at Settings > Cellular. You need to see what is using the cellular data and that information is easily available to you.

Accounts started opening I’ve never had.

What accounts? Sounds like one of the many phishing messages trying to get you to call them or click a link and enter personal information.

Phone calls for my job that I need have stopped coming,

If it is not blocked on your device then contact your cellular provider. They will have a list of your call logs that have nothing to do with your phone.

I Started receiving notifications I was signing into iCloud on the web

While also a very come phishing attempt. You can and should check if there are any other devices logged into your account when going to Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom to see the list of devices on your Apple Account.

noticed multiple imported photos coming from my watch of nothing but the watchscreen

Very common as it only takes pressing 2 button at the same time and can be done accidentally. You can turn off Screenshots for your Apple Watch in Settings.

No battery life.

Not an indication of your phone or account being compromised. Review the apps that are consuming the battery by going to Settings > Battery, and scroll down to identify those apps. Meta apps are notorious for draining your battery even when not in use. Also note this is a common myth on Social Media sites that try to say that your phone is hacked if you don't have any battery life or your phone runs hot. They do that simply for views and clicks as people are easily manipulated into believing what they say.

Now all I get is hundreds of fake emails and spam calls.

Not an indication that your phone or account has been hacked. Everyone gets them and you will receive more if you communicate with them by replying to an email/message, or even clicking on a link as that will notify the scammer that you are susceptible to believing what they say. Also many websites will sell your information if you use your email or phone number to create an account. Your options are to change the number/email or block the sender.

For recommendations on what else to do:

  • Review the information about phishing attempts and never click a link or call a number from a provided email/message.

  • Run Safety Check on your phone and this should be used to verify information you are sharing to others, see who else is signed into your account, update/change your Trusted Phone Number for two factor authentication, and change Passcode/Password.

I have read so many things about similar issues online. I know something’s not right, which is why I’ve made so many calls. Apple said I never called them, then proceeds to tell me why my case was closed. Case? What case was closed if I never called ? I have so many cases that have never been resolved much less closed. how can they see cases if I never called? I know I’m talking to Apple some of the times but it’s never helpful and always contradicting. I know when I take a screenshot because my phone says unknown device added to your account and Apple screen shares and sees that it the screenshot I took shows up as contact key verification in the photos. They say it’s fine but it’s not fine. They say fine or not ok but it don’t matter bc they can’t comment on someone else’s devices or account. Ok but both those accounts are mine and I give them permission to comment on either one. But since it’s fine just tell me why is my screenshot saved not of the screen I just took? It’s not fine and I’m not cussing so tell me why did Apple say I answered your question and it’s fine I don’t know how else I can help and hang up?
