That's not surprising. iPhone 4 was released a full 15 years ago. Even if you could get it to work, it won't work for phone call in most parts of the world, it's iOS version is now so out of date, that most apps won't work on it either. It's a worthless antique relic at this point. It is obsolete and Apple won't offer any service options on it. It's honestly ready for the recycle bin at this point.
