Previously, this had already happened and everything was fine, during these 24-48 hours the money was returned. But this time I received a message from Apple (somewhere a day after the refund request), where it was written that I could already see the status of my request on the site, I went in and it was written that the funds for the purchase were returned, but the money was not returned.
