How do I enable sleep tracking on Apple Watch Series 10?

my new watch 10, does not record my night sleep, while watch series 7 did it well .

I do not have the sleep icon on watch 10,

I have followed Mr. Filerman instructions, but could not get to its end.

how to get sleep icon on my watch, to record my night sleep ??
