I have two phones and both have important data. I want to transfer from xs to 13 without losing the data that is already on 13. All I need are contacts. Both have different icloud accounts. 13 has important 2500 contacts.

Log into icloud.com/contacts and sign in with your iPhone XS’s Apple Account credentials.
