I accidentally placed a sticker on one of my photos, and I tried holding onto the sticker, but it wouldn’t give me options! THANKS TO THIS STUPID ERROR, I HAD TO DELETE THIS PHOTO AND NEVER SEE IT AGAIN! I’m crying right now because of this crap! I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO REMOVE A STICKER FROM AN IPAD PICTURE RIGHT NOW!!!

First, I don't see how you think that I or other people here deserve your anger-- We are not Apple; folks who read these posts are just users like you. Some of us hang around here from time to time in case our experience may help someone. We don't get paid and we don't have a schedule, and Apple engineers don’t read the stuff, here.
Now, to your point-- did you try using "Edit>Revert" to get back to your original picture? In Photos, the original is never altered and is always available.
And here's a hint: when you ask someone for help, Apple, or anybody, really, Lay it out clearly and concisely, and include any details and maybe nicely sized screenshots that will help someone help you. Remember that the person who reads your post probably is in no way connected with the cause of your rant, and on this site we only answer the questions we want to.
