Troubleshooting Airdrop Contacts not Showing:

A. Allow Everyone to See it:

  1. Go Here: How to use AirDrop on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support (IN)
  2. Open: Control Center (Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen).
  3. Press Firmly or Touch and Hold: the network settings card in the top left-hand corner.
  4. Touch and Hold: the AirDrop button
  5. Select: Everyone

By Selecting "Everyone"... all nearby Apple devices using AirDrop can see your device. When you set your AirDrop option to Everyone for 10 Minutes in iOS 16.2 or later, your option reverts to Contacts Only3 after 10 minutes.

B. On both Phones...

Toggle On AirDrop Screen Time:

On both Phones...

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Screen Time
  3. Tap: Content & Privacy Restrictions
  4. Tap: Allowed Apps
  5. Toggle On: AirDrop

C. Toggle On: WiFi and Bluetooth in Settings
