How to resolve iCloud photo sync issue across multiple devices on the same Apple Account?

Good morning guys, I've been in contact with Apple support for a month now for a problem I have with iCloud and no one can solve it. I'm asking you because maybe someone has had the same problem and can help me.

I have 3 devices all connected to the same Apple account, I have iCloud 2 TB active for a month and it has never worked properly. All 3 devices in my possession interact with iCloud correctly for backup, notes, contacts, everything, but it doesn't sync for photos. They made me do all the tests with the devices, even initialize them, but the problem wasn't solved and from the checks they carried out, there are no problems at the server level or in my user account. I don't understand why they continue to make me do a thousand tests on the devices, when I believe that it is clearly a problem attributable to iCloud since the same thing happens on all 3. I specify that my iCloud is shared in the family with another user and for him the photo sync works perfectly like everything else. My devices are: iPhone 16 pro Max, MacBook Air m4, iPad Pro m1, all updated to the latest version and iCloud photos, I repeat, has never worked in any of the 3.

Without knowing what Apple had you try, it's hard to know what's been done or what else might make a difference.

If you haven't already, I'd take a look at Console.app on the Mac. It should show various system logs (be warned, the logs can be very verbose and overwhelming - but you can filter them to 'Photos' in the top-right corner to help focus.

Look for any messages with stars or other highlights since these usually indicate abnormal states/error messages/etc., that will help cut down the noise.

You can also stream the messages to see real-time activity - start with Photos not running, activate the log (by clicking the device icon in the top of the left-hand sidebar), set your filter to 'Photos' and click start. Then launch Photos and look for possibly-helpful messages.

Nothing here should be personally-identifiable, so feel free to post any messages if the meaning isn't clear (not to say that anyone here will be able to decipher them, but it might trigger something).
