Why does my Apple Watch prompt me to stand in the middle of the night?

I went to bed early and my watch vibrated a few times at night saying it was time to stand. I'm new to the watch and had to get a new I-phone 16 last week. Could there be setting I am missing? My phone had gotten wet and was unable to transfer anything, (because I hadn't backed it up), shame on me. So I have been downloading apps from my account on Apple, and having to set up things. Any help with both would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance as I know that the Apple family here is the best.

Hello tmarxmiller,

Turn on the Sleep focus (in the Control Center, by pressing the side button and tapping on the "moon crescent" icon) before going to bed and turn it off in the morning.
