At 3 am, while I am sleeping, I sometimes get a notice to 'stand'. what setting(s) am I missing. Also, what setting turn off all but emergency notices when you are in 'sleep' time? Thanks, I'm Apple all the way, but this is my first watch.

Since the reminder dose not work correctly during Sleep, I switched off the Stand Reminders in the WatchApp on the iPhone in Notifications/Activity -> Stand Reminders.
On my iPhone in Settings/Focus/Sleep Focus/Allow Notifications, no Apps are allowed, only notifications/calls from certain people.
