Unable to export photos from iPhone 14 Pro to my new MacBook Pro 14

I have a iPhone 14 Pro, (running 18.3.2) and im trying to export my pictures to my brand new MacBook Pro 14" Sequoia 15.4 (24E248), and after choosing import all new items, nothings happens, will just change the screen to the last pictures that where exported. Any idea how this problem could be solved?
