How can I receive the refunded fund of an app subscription to an active credit card?

I requested multiple refunds for an app subscription that was incorrectly charging me multiple subscriptions each month. Apple approved the refunds but the refunds were credited to the original card that was used which I had already cancelled to prevent further charges. I was never asked how I would like my refunds to be credited. The card is closed so they should have received a decline on the refund deposit.

How can I receive the refunded funds to an active credit card or at a minimum credited to my Apple Cash account?
