MacBook Pro M1 2020 is not detecting an external hard drive

Hello, Ive got new Western digital My Passport 1TB USB 3.0 2.5'' Hard Disk Portable External HDD Hard Drive and I previously plug in and used on my macbook pro m1 2020. I never had a problem with connecting, reading, writing on my hard drive. One day the battery run out while my hard drive was still plugged in. After charging my mac and plugging in external hard drive again, mac doest detect hard drive at all. The hard drive is definitely running. But mac doest see it and cannot detect it, nothing show up in disk utilities.

Ave had this problem with my previous hard drive it took many attemps and let it plugged in for a while and hard drive finally showed up. But this time a cannot sort it out.

Does anyone had similar problem and sort it out.
