How do I remove a profile on iOS 18.3.2 when the profile setting is missing?

I have multiple profiles installed and I went to go and remove one but the setting doesn't exist. I have looked around but no one I can find has the same problem.

I'm using iOS 18.3.2 on and iPhone 11 Pro
