Can I set up my Alexa speaker to ring for incoming calls on my iPhone?

i have trouble hearing my Iphone ringing if I am not in the same room. can I sst up my Aleza speaker so incoming calls ring there?

Can this be done?

iOS 18.3.1 update disrupts CarPlay call volume on iPhone 14 After updating to iOS 18.3.1 the car play will not let the volume of a phone call come through on my car but only to my iPhone 14 , there is the option on my phone to listen to the call via car speakers but I have to open the phone to do this , previously before the updates the call came through on the car speakers , is there a fix for this please ?? If you have the Alexa app installed on your phone you can set it up in there.
