Bluetooth and Wi-Fi settings are unavailable on my iPhone 12 mini

I know other people have had these issues and I’ve tried every step to try to restore my function on Bluetooth and WiFi. Restarting my phone sometimes works, but the more I do it the more times I have to restart my phone to get it working. I am updated to the latest iOS, I’ve tried resetting my network and general settings, resetting my phone, etc. Is apple working on an update for this? I am so frustrated it’s been like this for weeks.

If both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your iPhone is not working, that means the hardware chip for those in your iPhone has failed. As a result, you need service at your nearest Apple Store Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

If Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are Unavailable:

A. Turn Off VPNs:

Are you using. VPN? If so, turn it off.

B. Contact Apple Support:

Login Here, and Select your device: Contact Apple Support - iPhone. Proceed from there as necessary.
