Can't create a new Apple Account due to SMS and call verification fails
Hello!
I’m having trouble creating a new Apple ID for my husband. He has never used Apple devices before, so he doesn’t have an Apple ID or iCloud account.
We’ve been trying to create an account for the past five days — through iPhone, a computer, and on the official website account.apple.com. Unfortunately, nothing works.
At first, we received a message saying that verification texts couldn’t be sent to the phone number. Email verification codes are delivered, but they don’t work. We’ve tried multiple numbers, including a new SIM card from a different carrier, but SMS messages still don’t arrive.
We also tried the option to receive a code via phone call, but the calls never come through either.
Now we’re getting a message saying: “Apple ID creation is not available at this time.”
We are located in Kazakhstan. Could you please help us create an Apple ID?
