Files App & PDF Viewer missing PDF details

Had this bug since 18.4 and now still present in 18.4.1 - I save a lot of postage labels as PDF on iCloud and starting in 18.4 all of my previous (and any newly) saved PDF are showing up with these sections blank, in files and the in-built PDF viewer - using Adobe acrobat to view the labels shows them correctly with all of the “missing” parts filled in correctly. I have tried everything (restarts etc) but nothing fixes it - I did attempt to report it to Apple but not sure I explained it correctly not being able to add an image. This only happens with these labels, all other PDF are showing correctly.
