Blurry screenshots when pasting from MacBook Pro to Outlook

Hello all,

First, apologies if this is already been discussed but I was not able to find any solution, anywehere.

I'm using a MacBook Pro 14, M3 - every time I'm trying to paste a screenshot, lets say from notes app to Outlook e-mail app, after the e-mail is send the SS is always blurry - this happens sometime when I ss excels to Power Point also.

I've tried taking SS with default, with apps, to save them, to put them first in PP then move it to Outlook, lastly I saved SS as PDF and after SS again from that - still no success.

Please - what am I missing?

Its for sure not about ss size, because I've attached a regular photo from my library and that one sends crisp clear.
