Have u tried to connect with a Different Wifi or mobile hotspot ?

I have Telstra modem gen 2
which has been factory reset and All devices re installed.
i have removed the WiFi network on my Mac and re attached .
i don’t know if any other option
Also , yes I have used hotspot works well. And I have used different WiFi , at dealer venue, work ok
