Can’t change Siri language from French back to English

im learning French so I changed siris language from English to French. Now I can’t change it back because the language button is gone??

I followed the above to change Siri's language from Japanese to English but I followed Apple's instruction to change Siri's language from Japanese to English (I live in Japan) but Siri keeps speaking Japanese and does not respond well or not at all to English. How do I solve this????

Connect to the Internet over WiFi. You may not have internet or data plan on 4G.
