How do I restore entire iTunes backup on my iPhone?

I am experiencing an issue with my iPhone backup. The backup size is approximately 300GB, but when I restore the backup to my new iPhone, only a few gigabytes are actually restored.

I have tried restoring multiple times, but the issue persists. I’ve checked my internet connection and ensured my devices are updated, but the problem remains unresolved.

Could you please assist me in understanding why only a small portion of the backup is restored? Is there anything I can do to ensure the entire backup is restored correctly?
