I lost my iPhone, I logged into my Apple ID from another device, on the Apple website I was offered to use the "Find Devices" app to block it as lost, but the lost phone is not displayed there, how can I block it as missing?

Can't lock a device if it doesn't show up in find my.
That feature needs to be enabled on your iphone prior to losing it.
