How can I prevent YouTube PIP from pausing while playing Roblox?

This issue was fixed for me on a different phone and I'm not sure what I did but when I try to play Roblox with a PIP YouTube video the video pauses and when I try to unpause it it repauses after a second, not sure if it has to do with Roblox having access to my microphone or something else.
