Unable to sign in to App Store

I was trying to update an app but a message telling me to sign in to the App Store pops up. I do not have this Apple Account signed in anywhere in Sign in and Security or in Media and Purchases or anywhere else in settings. It was signed into in the past but then removed. I can’t change the apple account. I can only enter the password which I do not know.

Delete and redownload the application you're trying to update; that Apple Account is stored inside it.
