AirPods Max not connecting or showing in Bluetooth list

I’ve had my AirPods Max for well over a year now, and I’ve loved them. Other than the occasional glitch like having to repair them, they’ve worked fine. But around the beginning of 2025, they suddenly disconnected from my phone and never worked again.

I’ve tried every trick in the book, from resetting them to leaving them in the case for weeks, and nothings worked.

they only seem to turn on when connected to a charger, but even then when I try to connect them to my devices they don’t even show up on the Bluetooth list. I’m stumped but really want to continue using them, so I came here as a last resort before having to spend money. Please help !!!
