How can I remove 'Music Recognition' from my iPad Control Center?

I have child restrictions on the iPad, but child is able to add music recognition to the control center and listen to the “music history” even when the child limits are on. The iPad is disabled for everything, but they are still allowed to play the music clips. I don’t have the Shazam app and I can’t turn off microphone so the music recognition can’t hear the songs. They can pick up songs from tv and radio. Not sure if there are even any restrictions on what songs it will recognize (if appropriate for kids to hear whole song).

how do I turn off microphone for the “music recognition” or can I delete the “music recognition” from being an option for the control center?

thanks

iOS/iPadOS doesn't provide any facility to lock the Control Centre.
