Recently misplaced my iphone and wanted to check Icloud to find out
where I left it. Unfortunately, I didn't have my phone to verify that it
was me trying to sign in - what do I do in a case like that? Because I
know it will happen again!
Thank you! I had tried signing in to icloud and it kept wanting me to verify with code, which I couldn't get to because I didn't have the phone, but by adding /find it worked. Will have to add that to my list of how to tips I Keep on my desktop. Appreciate it.
You can use any internet browser and log into www.icloud.com/find without it using two factor authentication. Note that this only works with that URL (web address) with the /find.
