My iphone xs max shutdown at 30%

I bought iphone Xs max 2 months ago it's battery health shows 81% person when I check it on 3utool it shows 86% Battery Health there and using 2 months still on 86% is my Battery is original or fake

And now when I upgrade software update of my iphone xs max shutdown at 30% battery percentage remaining kindly help me to solve this issue.

Your battery is failing→iPhone Battery Replacement - Official Apple Support. Batteries have many failure modes, capacity loss is only one of them. And 3utools is a really stink-o app that should be avoided at all costs.

On any given day I would much rather trust your iPhone settings battery health measure instead of a random third party. Just because your iPhones battery health stayed steady a few months doesn’t necessarily mean the battery is non-genuine; battery health decline isn’t linear. But if you are facing shutdowns, that certainly is a symptom of a significantly degraded battery, which Apple determines is 80% health or below. As a result, I suggest you take it in for a replacement at your nearest Apple Store Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
