Are you the Organizer of a Family Plan that uses Purchase Sharing? This allows members to make charges using your payment method and you can view those by using their Apple Account to look up the purchases. Verify you do not see the purchases here and it may also be helpful to know if you have the associated card added to your Apple Account:

If you do not see those purchases, it may be the case that your card has been compromised. That can and often does happen when the physical card is used on a retail terminal that a scammer installed a skimmer to read your account details. Contact your bank for details about the transaction and that would also be the place where you have to dispute the charges if they are fraudulent.
