My 2018 15-inch MacBook Pro won't stop reaching high idle percentages when nothing is open

I just finished factory resetting my MacBook Pro since it wouldn't stop idling at high percentages when nothing was in use, and even after hard resetting, it still stays at a constant 70-90% in idling with nothing open.

Is there anything I can do?

this MacBook is in perfect condition, no scratches and no past issues.

Unless I misunderstand the results of the Activity Monitor, your "high idle percentages" are nothing to be concerned about. This is simply telling you that 70-90% of the CPU is at rest, idling... not required to be doing any work. It's not a bad thing. The CPU cores are working efficiently as there are no processes that are taxing their capabilities.

In this example, you can see the CPU load is low. The System processes are using 2.24% of the capability of the CPU and User processes require 4.83% of the CPU capability. A total of about 7% of the performance capacity of the CPU.

The remaining CPU capacity, 92.93% is idling, waiting to be given work. Very little is being asked of the CPU.

If I am misinterpreting this data, I look forward to being corrected.
