How to resolve iCloud storage limit notifications?

I received the "Exceeds iCloud limits," but I have plenty of Storage. What do I do?

Thanks for your help. I forgot to update my iWatch and iPad. So far so good. I'll go through the rest systematically.

I tried to find out how to determine how many Contacts and Calendars I had with YouTube but could not. I still get the message even though I tried getting rid of many Contacts.
