How to take a Screen Shot in iMac Sequoia 15.4.1?

Prior to this recent update on my iMac, to take a screenshot the code was cmd+shift+4

Now it doesan't work anymore. Did it change? I have a large list that used to work.

⌘+⇧+4:  Draw Box Around capture area

⌘+⇧+5:  Open control Panel - video control here

⌘+⇧+3: Capture entire screen and save as a file.

⌘+Ctrl+⇧+3: Capture entire screen and copy to the clipboard.

⌘+⇧+4: Capture dragged area and save as a file.

Nothing works anymore.
