How do I fix greyed-out WiFi and Bluetooth not connecting on iPhone?

So my phone has been doing this weird bug where my WiFi is greyed out but when I turn it on it doesn’t connect to anything same with my Bluetooth and my IPhone is up to date.

If both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth cannot be turned on that indicates a hardware failure of the radio chip that manages both. Contact Apple support to discuss repair options.


Best way: 

  • Install the Apple Support app on your iPhone or iPad - you can contact support directly from the app, and the tech will have (with your permission) access to diagnostic data on your device



Other options:

(Note that both of the above have options to receive a callback or chat)
