VINTED account with hidden apple email

Hi, I registered at VINTED with apple ID with hidden email. When I try to set up a bankaccount, they send me a 4 digit code to confirm the bank accont. But I have not receive this code, maybe due to the hidden email.

in the ICloud the forward option is “on” … should I set up something else, too?

On Apple ID payments and security a different email from mine appears. I feel like I got scammed, since this morning in my apple settings a prompt started appearing which says to sign up into a random email which is not mine. And since that moment in my appleid settings there is my email, but in payments and security there is another, i have no idea who's that, help, im scared to lose my funds and data [Re-Titled by Moderator]

HELP! -- is "iforgot.apple.com" legit? Hello. I was helping my mother retrieve access to her icloud and was pointed to go to the website "iforgot.apple.com". Once there I got the option to either reset the password using a different device (didnt work) or some other alternative which included specifying mail, phone and credit card info (this is the part that has me worried). I thought it was really strange but didnt look further since it was a "apple.com" website-- but does Apple really ask your credit card as confirmation of your identity? I feel like its some phising scam and I have blocked my card for now. Can anyone confirm/deny my worries? 😓 Here is the specific link: https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid

I would not use a hide my email to a legitimate account like Vinted. Be prepared to use a proper email address for such financial institutions, even if you have to create a new hotmail account. HME are for unreliable sites (you know the ones). Vinted is trustworthy.
