Why is my Apple Watch vibrating during Sleep mode when it shouldn't?

I chose Phone category among iPhone, Mac, macOS and iPad. No Apple Watch was in the category.

Can somebody explain why the fun my apple watch suddenly started vibrating every single hour during the Sleep mode when they’re not supposed to interrupt sleep? The Sleep time is long ago set to 10:30-7:30 I didn’t change anything when it started acting like that, and now because of that I woke up at 6am by the vibro notification with fast pulse because my sleeping phase is more vulnerable at this time and i freaked out by watch action. Oh and more of this, two nights ago I woke up to have some water, and then when I was falling back asleep they vibrated with the notification sound that was not even important to ruin my sleep. It was 3am!!!

Because of that the next day I needed to take a nap to recover from that and set Sleep mode to avoid any interruptions, and while almost falling asleep they made me shudder again by the app notification, so i had to throw them away to f.kin let me sleep! This is ridiculous ! I double checked the Sleep mode for interruptions and there is no exception to act so. Only my emergency contacts . Anyway I

had to add “silenced notifications” to make sure this won’t happen.

It’s crucial to get a good quality sleep and I am very unpleasantly surprised Apple Watch does this. I would sleep with them off, but I need them to track my sleep and silently alarm on my wrist at designated time.

There was no mention of Stand notification. It were app notifications and every hour notifications, which is called “drink water every hour notifications” by Apple Watch, which should not remind me to drink water every during the sleep time :) and it never did until now. I hope re-pairing helps. Yes it’s up to date version

Okay, that sounds like a third-party app that is misbehaving. Go through the apps you have installed on your Watch and see if you can isolate the app and disable its notifications.

Well, the third party app is not even installed on my watch to disable it.
and what about hourly haptics during sleep mode?

"drink water every hour notifications" are not a built-in feature of watchOS. Until you determine what app is sending those notifications, I can't offer any additional suggestions on how to disable it.

Ok, so I followed your advice to unpair and re-pair the watch, it took time to set it up back like I had the all time in the world lol. But didn’t lose the hope that it might help. I needed the nighttime to check if the problem fixed. So last night I was extremely tired and went to bed a little earlier and set the sleep mode manually before the mode set by schedule. And even then , it bothered me by suggesting to charge it “before bedtime” highlighting 29% batt like I didn’t have it on ( I checked the bedtime icon was on). It would be ok unless I had my bedtime mode on already and 29% isn’t too bad to bother me when I’m about to sleep and usually is enough for the night and lasts till noon. I mean it was quite unreasonable. Even when my battery was critically low before, it never bothered me as long as the mode was on. And I was happy Apple valued the healthy sleep of their customers. Ok, skipped this 29% batt notification and fell asleep. Later, around 1am I slightly woke up to cover and cuddle my toddler sleeping next to me and then suddenly my watch vibrated with the screen on (!) for Stand notification (you mentioned that before, but ironically I never had it until now). Really, this was outrageous, it wasn’t even a third party app that made me throw away the watch again…
