Unable to send iMessage to Android phones from my iPad

Mi 2017 Ipad pro is linked to iphone SE.

Recently texting to androids from my ipad stopped working.

I re-checked that i have ‘text forwarding’ enabled and both ipad and iphone are on same network. Please help

Can the iPhone can send messages to Android directly? If the iPhone can’t send SMS or RCS messages (and is enabled for that) directly to Android, and forwarding is enabled everywhere, then check next with your carrier, then with Apple.

Sign out of iMessages on both devices. Restart them. Sign into iMessages on your iPhone. When it has activated, sign back in on your iPad. Then, go back to the iPhone and re-enable Text Message Forwarding.
