"Couldn't Summarize Audio" message when using Apple AI / Notes phone call transcription feature on my iPhone 15 Pro Max

From glory to defeat...this feature would be a game changer for me!

The transcription of my phone call works no problem....saved in notes...but the critically "useful" summary feature results in: "Couldn't Summarize Audio"

Are others experiencing this?

iOS 18.4.1 - iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Thank you for any insights that might allow for functionality. So close to greatness!

First of all, you aren't addressing anyone from Apple here. This is a user to user only forum, which Apple doesn't participate. Are you following how to do this in this support article --> Get a summary of an audio recording on iPhone with Apple Intelligence - Apple Support

If you are using the directions and it's not working as expected, make sure Apple Intelligence is still turned on and functioning. If it is, try a Forced Restart --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If it still isn't working, contact Apple Support for direct help. You can tap the Support button at the bottom of this page, of if you're in the US, you can call Apple at: 800-MY-APPLE
