How can I request iOS 18.5 update for iPhone 16 Pro?

iOS 18.5 is a Beta version.

I guess the first question is why do you want to update to iOS 18.5? It has not been released and is still in beta development. Is there a particular problem you have that you think iOS 18.5 will solve?

If you just want to play with the latest, greatest, you do so at your own risk. Beta software is never recommended to be installed on your everyday, must work device because problems can and often do occur. Beta software is for people who are willing to take the risk and report problems they encounter back to Apple.

Beta software cannot be discussed here. The whole point of testing software is to find the issues and report them using a link beta testers have, so when the software is released to the public, the bugs are resolved. Apple recommend if you only have one iPhone and you can't afford to have things not work properly on your one phone, you shouldn't be a beta tester. You are likely capable of waiting until the update is publicly released.
