Update our Iphones 7’s to IOS 16, i understand you want money everyone does but some of us or most of us cant afford to buy a new phone so please update us to IOS 16 and our money will soon be yours.

The iPhone 7, released in 2016, is not eligible for an upgrade to iOS 16 due to its hardware limitations.

This is a user to user forum. You are not speaking to Apple.
That said, the iPhone 7 will never get iOS 16 or later. Even though I don't know the particular reasons why it is not compatible with them, I can make a pretty good guess as to one. The iPhone 7 has no Neural Engine, and I believe that all iPhones that can run iOS 16 or later do have one.
Note that the iPhone 7 originally ran iOS 10 when Apple released it in September 2016, more than eight years ago.
Can I request iOS 16 update for iPhone 7?
