I bought an iPhone 16 two weeks ago, but it keeps restarting randomly, apps crash continuously, and now the screen flickers or turns pink. These issues persist even after performing a hard reset and resetting the iPhone completely.

Depending on your location, you may be within the exchange/return period and that would be the easiest solution.
If you are beyond the return/exchange period then you need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.
