Unable to remove app called "P" on iPhone 8 plus Somehow my mother ended up with an app called Playhop on her home screen. Long pressing on the app causes all applications on that page to shake slightly and show the minus symbol to remove them except for that app. I do not see it in the apple store and she has no idea how it got there. The only thing I could find about Playhop it is that it is a browser gaming website and usually only on windows or Android. Any help would be appreciated!

From what I’ve found on the web, Tenor is an iMessage keyboard app? To remove it, go to Settings > Apps > Messages > iMessage Apps > Tap the minus with the Tenor app to delete it.
