New Update causes my photos to be low size?
Hi, I export photos from my lightroom and they are automatically very small size now on my Macbook Air. I just installed MacOS sequoia, however I am unsure if this is the reason it is happening. What I mean by this is; I export my photos and drag them to my desktop, and I check the image size and they are low in size (KB). I have done many tests/experiments to see what is going on, and one thing I found interesting is that I will look at old photos I have downloaded to my desktop, and the image size will be large, and then I will press adjust image (not changing any parameters) and if I press "ok" then it reduces the image size, even though it is the same pixel size as before. It is like when I open and re adjust old photos it wants to reduce their size in KB. I have also re exported these photos and have found that they are lower in size as well.
I have thought that maybe the new Sequoia update I got has something where it reduces image sizes in able to save storage? I checked storage optimization and it does not appear to be turned on.
