I recently bought a reconditioned IPhone 13 Pro transferred all data from iPhone 11 Pro but when I try to access my Eurolottery website it continues to state I’m outside U.K. i cannot seem to see what my IP address is stating . Please advise . Thanks

Having a VPN profile on your phone often masks your location, even if not actively turned on. I imagine since you use it when you log into your work from your iPhone, it's required on your phone? If it's NOT required on your phone, remove the VPN profile, then see if your location normalizes.
