iPad randomly starts Audible app

My iPad will start the Audible app and begin playing a book at random times. It seems to coincide with browsing videos in the YouTube or X apps.

I can Pause the playback, but it will probably start again in 30 seconds. I can close the Audible app, but the iPad will restart it and begin playing the book again. Stopping the YouTube or X apps stops the behavior for a while.

Seems like this started with iOS 18, but I’m not certain of that.

iPad 11 Pro, iOS 18.4.1, 256 GB capacity, 30 GB free.

Anyone found a fix for this. It’s annoying…
