Battery drains super fast after 18.4.1 Update

My IPhone’s (13 Pro) has been draining super fast since the update to 18.4.1.

It’s been a few days since the update, so it can’t be the initialization of the update affecting it anymore.

Max Battery Capacity is at 89%, so far from bad.

I have not changed my usage behavior at all, but my phone will be between 10-20% at the end of a normal day, instead of around 50%.

The iPhone itself is telling me that since the update my battery is draining much faster too. (I have not been using it more than usual! I don’t even have the time to do so)

I also can’t turn off any background processes as I use it for communication only and need to get notifications on time.
