I have a new iPhone16 pro. All photos uploaded to iCloud all have thin white lines that appear at various %of zoom. They come and go when zooming in/out on iCloud photos. They are not visible when viewing the photo on the phone. You can see two lines in the sample below.
How do I fix this.

I'm not understanding one thing: do the lines always appear at the same spot on the screen? I'm wondering if the lines are part of the picture or part of the screen. For instance, if you zoom in and drag the picture up and down, do the lines move with the picture or does the picture move under the lines? Or something different?
I had not looked at this. The lines do not move with the picture but are present on each of the monitors as well as the laptop screen. I will try from another PC. Not sure why pictures taken with the iPhone 8 an uploaded do not have the same issue. Thank you for the response.
