Have you done a Force Restart?

  • Press and quickly release the Volume Up key
  • Press and quickly release the Volume Down key
  • Press and hold the side button until the Apple Logo appears. Ignore anything else on the screen during this time and it could take up to 15 seconds before you see the Apple Logo and can release the side button.

If that does not resolve the problem, then the next step is a Factory Reset and you will want to make sure you have a backup to restore your data after it has been reset.

If you have a computer, that would be the preferred method for the Factory Reset so iOS can be reloaded to your device.

If that also fails to fix the problem, then you will want to schedule an appointment with Apple or contact them directly. You can also do this instead of the Factory Reset, but it is likely that is what they will do too.

Hello!

Try a forced restart if you haven’t already: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If the issue persists, you might want to take the device in to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) for diagnostics:
