How do I reset apps locked to a different Apple Account on my iPhone?
Some applications are locked with another Apple Id, it seems this phone has 2 apple IDs with 2 emails and i want to reset all apps with Just 1

You cannot change the Apple ID an App is linked to.
You would either need to delete the apps and redownload them with the correct Apple ID, for painstakingly migrate them to the other Apple ID.

Also, you will want to verify what Apple ID is signed in under Settings ➜ Your Name ➜ Media & Purchases.
