How can I cancel an AppleCare plan for an iPhone purchased in Chicago from Tbilisi, Georgia?

I bought my Iphone 16 pro in Chicago, for security purposes I bought apple care plan, but now I am back to my homeland - Tbilisi, Georgia. Would you mind canceling my subscription, it is not findable in my subscription list and I am unable to finish setting my plan up. it doesn’t allow me to attach the payment to set my plan up and then to cancel.
